TEMPORARY RECEIVE-ONLY INBOXES
Create as many temporary inboxes as you need for privacy, QA testing, newsletters, downloads, and permitted one-off signups. EduMails is a receive-only email tool; it does not verify student status or guarantee academic discounts. Services such as GitHub, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude may require current enrollment, identity checks, region rules, payment, or institution-managed access.
Free HTML Email Signature Generator
This legacy tool is not currently available. The page stays online as a status note until a working, accessible signature builder is published.
For the active product, use the free temp mail generator with an optional inbox password.
What a good HTML email signature includes
A signature that survives real inboxes is a small table, not a styled web page: your name and role, one contact link, and at most one small image hosted over HTTPS. Keep it under roughly 10 KB of HTML, use inline styles only (most mail clients strip style blocks), set explicit image widths, and avoid background images, web fonts, and JavaScript — Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail each remove some of these. Never put a temporary inbox address in a signature you rely on for replies: temp mail here is receive-only, so answers to that address cannot be sent from it. Use a permanent address you control for anything professional.
